For strengthenning collecting and management of the added value tax, our country government carried out the gold tax engineering. The gold tax engineering is a high-tech management system, which absorbs international advanced experience, and combine with our country's actuality of added value tax. The core of the gold tax engineering is a system, which can control added value tax, can defend false. The jinshui module is the core parts of the system.Therefore, the research and manufacturing of the jinshui module have important meaning to the implement of the gold tax engineering. This article mainly to research and control the producing process technology of the jinshui module.First,that analyzed the characteristics and request of the jinshui module, make sure the producing process technology of the jinshui module. Trying to produce a small batch jinshui module, by analyse the reject, that discovered the surface mounting process and reflow process is the main factor to influence the jinshui module's quality. For improved the jinshui module's quality, have necessary to deeply resarh and control surface mounting craft and reflow process.For improved surface mounter's precision, that had researched the surface mounter's vision system, includes vision system's work principle, the calibration of vision system, mounting feedback principle and the calibration of mounting head. Pass to research and comprehend the vision system of surface mounter, that had calibratied to the vision system of surface mounter and calibratied to the mounting heads by auto mount feedback. The surface mounter's precision has been improved.The key of reflow process is adjusting and controlling the reflow profile. The key parameter of the reflow profile are temperature raised velocity, temperature holding time, the temperature peak value and the time exceeding solder's melting point. That had resarhed the effect of belt speed and heat-zone's enactment temperature to key parameter of the reflow profile by orthogonal experiment. That has attained the objective of fast adjustment and controling the reflow profile.In this article, other main process technology (solder printing, wave soldering and packing) of jinshui module have been simply analysed and researched.After finished above-mentioned work, the jinshui module's surface-mounting quality raise from 68.47% to 98.17%.
