On The Application Of Computer-Supported Cooperative Learning To Enterprise Training

Computer applied to education is not only an information revolution in educational field, but also the significant symbol in the modernization of educational technology. With the rapid development in the high-tech fields of computer multi-media science and web technology, Computer-Supported Cooperative Learning (CSCL), a new learning style, has gradually permeated into the enterprise training under the support of modern educational theories and environment. Therefore, how to better the traditional model of the enterprise training with the help of this modern educational technology, how to enhance the efficiency of enterprise training and foster the compound talents who are capable of facing the fierce market competition undoubtedly become a most important issue of enterprise training, as well as the program which modern education will deepen study. Taking advantage of the modern information technology and the educational teaching theory, this study is exploring a better enterprise training model to enhance the efficiency and quality of training instead of the traditional one. According to theoretical analysis to this study and the practical application, a set of training design of CSCL is come up with. And through the general analysis of its applied training effect, the positive function of CSCL modelis definitely recognized.
