Firstly, The paper emphasizes it is very important to develop virtual experiment for college students. In the development of virtual experiment, Except for demanding high quality of graphic user interface(GUI) and the communication of users and experiment operation platform, the virtual experiment system must deal with large numbers of opration online. Such as the communication of teacher and student, system administrator and other user, the operation flow of different electric cources experiment. In order to manage the relation of teacher student and system administrator effectively, we select J2EE WEB Framework based on B/S to develop virtual circuit experiment system.The paper introduce the core API and modules of J2EE, the container and service that provide by J2EE application server, the development direction of J2EE WEB Framework , the architecture and the runnable principle of Struts and Spring; Then describe how to design and implement J2EE WEB Framework of virtual experiment system based MVC pattern.
