According to the important role of clinical chemistry analyzer in the industry of medical treatment and the requirement of many hospitals in our country, this thesis studies the key technology of information processing in clinical chemistry analyzer system.Firstly, in order to deal with the problem that the accuracy of the demarcating concentration calibrate algorithm can't satisfy the requirement, this thesis proposes a new demarcating concentration calibrate based on fitting a curve. The new algorithm uses least square method to keep the accuracy. The measuring results show that the accuracy of the algorithm is higher and it can satisfies the requirement of application. Then, the design and the development of the hardware and software of the semiautomatic clinical chemistry analyzer system are introduced. In the hardware sub-system, a multi-task operating system hardware platform based on single chip processor is implemented. And CPLD is used to extend the I/O ports to control other main modules. The collecting data scheme with high precision is designed. A nice servo control unit is implemented. In the software sub-system, the hiberarchy database is used and the related algorithms and efficiency are discussed. To satisfy the users'requirement, a Chinese interface is developed in the software sub-system based on the character of large LCD.
