As Internet growing esplosively, e-business is playing a more and more important role in the business field. Web service architecture and UDDI registry are important techniques in the e-business framework. As the next generation web, semantic web is taking great effect in the e-business.To automaticly match Web service as well as automaticly composite and integrate Web services, UDDI center must be combined with semantic web. OWL-S(Web Ontology Language for Services) is an ontology to describe Web service with OWL. OWL-S is mainly used to describe the properties and functions of Web services, but to describe few of service providers. In some business fields, for the same kind of services such as services of booking rooms in a hotel, users are more concerned about the properties of service providers than that of services. It is necessary to give semantic description to service providers.Considering the characteristics of travelling e-business, this paper takes a UDDI registry with semantic information as a travelling information center. Web sites of travelling e-business based on this registry could provide the function of customizing journey. We classify the service providers and products. Service providers offer Web services to order the products and we define the criterion of each kind of web services. Users can invoke relevant Web service to order travelling products. The registry keeps information about service providers and Web services as well as their semantic descriptions.The registry keeps all functions of traditional UDDI registry and provides functions of publishing and querying based on semantic information. We get an inferred model on which the semantic query based from the original statements. This query model increases the veracity of query. On the other hand, query on inferred model could get crytic information so that the result sets are much more complete.
