Research And Development On ERP's Production Planning Management And Purchase Management System Of Medium And Small Enterprise

With the developing of computer internet and modern enterprise management technology, ERP will be put into use in many enterprises in the future. As the important modules of ERP system, production planning and purchase management system can not only assure the scientificity, predictability and veracity of production planning and the promptitude, rationality and economy of purchase, but also enhance the level of enterprise management and strengthen the competitive ability. So it is of great theoretic and practical importance to study the production planning and purchase management system of ERP system.Aimed to the characteristic and requirement of East Boiler Valve Limited Company in this thesis, the software adopts B/S three-tier structure. This system uses a current solution advised by Microsoft which combining IIS 6.0 and ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000 and develops the production planning and purchase management system of East Boiler Valve Limited Company. The main components are as follows:1. On the basis of analyzing the basic theory and developing trends of ERP technology, the system structure and the key technology (.NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# etc ) of ERP system are studied.2. The basic theory of master production schedule (MPS), material requirement planning (MRP), capacity requirement planning (CRP) of planning management arestudied. According to the actual manufacture of the East Boiler Valve Limited Company, the writer designs their critical arithmetic and data flow.3. The basic theory and the operation flow of PM are analyzed in detail. According to the practical situations of East Boiler Valve Limited Company, this dissertation analyzes the requirement of purchase management, designs the data flow and completes the function design in detail.4. The database system of PM is designed in virtue of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manage Console. Based on the flow chart of the operation of PM, store procedures are developed.5. The system reaches anticipative effect. The implement of the system shows that it is reasonable designed, with a friendly human-machine interface available, and is also easy to be maintained.
