The uncertainty of objective things or phenomenon in the world has caused uncertainly performance on information and knowledge in people's each understanding domain. The phenomenon requests that expert system can reflect the uncertainty through knowledge expression and processing pattern. The paper discussed firstly the uncertainty concept and discussed the expression about the uncertainty within semantic network, finally established processing method on the uncertainty within the pathologic case base based on semantic network.While they diagnosis those massive similar diseases, doctors also accumulated many pathology cases.
