With the developmcnt of digital, computer and network technology, their influences have involved in the structure of the industry control system as well as many aspects of the society. Originally, CCS is adopted, later DCS and FCS, up till now Industry Ethernet Network, automation level advances step by step.At the beginning, this paper gives a brief introduce of the development history and actuality of the control network system, and illuminates the significance of research on Ethernet applying to industrial spot. Compared with Fieldbus, Ethernet has many virtues. The methods were given to resolve drawbacks of the Ethernet when it is used in industrial spot. The development of Industry Ethernet Network needs a stable capability and sophisticated technique industrial embedded Ethernet interface which is key part of the embedded system connecting to Internet. This paper describes in detail the implement of network interface and the research on both hardware and software under the controlling of chip DSP TMS320F2812. The main point is software, and a downsized TCP/IP protocol stack is used. Then a test was given on the communication between network interface and a personal computer with Socket application. Finally, a summarize of the works and the prospect of embedded industrial Ethernet was given. The research has definite significance on the application of embedded system in industrial control domain and the popularization of industrial Ethernet. |
