Based on full researching of the various of control objects, this paper puts forward the total design project based on the SPCE061A single chip microcontroller and adopt module thoughtway to design the circuit of hardware interface, including power regulator module, keyboard module, sensors' signal identifying module, valves' controlling module, enhancing power for driving the direct current motor's module and the circuit of coming into PWM signal controlling the helm motor's module. Meanwhile, creating PCB for control system to provide the good hardware platform by some technique of anti-jamming. Making full use of various of sensors to collect environment information and adopting different array of sensors with appropriate software or calculate to complete different functions. Furthermore, this paper has done homologous research on step motor and servo motor control, coming to achieve the upfront request in speed control and position control of independence robot. At last, this paper indicates some deficiency of these designs, and brings forward a few ameliorate suggestion. |
