Mobile communication as one of the main roles in the future personal communication is widely applied. In mobile communication, for the movement of the mobile terminal, the received signals are affected by the multi-path fading and speed effect. Thereby the communication channel between the base station and the mobile terminal constrains the performance of the whole system. Researching the propagation and variability of the electromagnetic wave and constructing the channel model can simplify the calculation of fading parameters, supply the reliable reference for system design, and select the optimal modulation, error coding and multiple accesses.Based on the research of the former, the basic characteristics of radio wave with the multipath propagation environments of land high-speed locomoting are researched. The distribution of the path-number, angle of incidence, times of reflection, attenuation and delay are analyzed, simulated and discussed by combining stochastic process theory and speed-landform factor with wireless communications principles. In this paper, a new wireless mutil-paths channel model in the land high-speed locomotive environment was set, based on the channel parameter. And the model was simulated and analyzed. The signal shape, attenuation time, distribution of signal delay, error rate et.al were validated and analyzed by this model. In short, the model in this paper would have wide foreground for application in research of radio propagation. And good performance in analysis and practical tools were shown.
