This thesis introduces module designing technique in the electronic equipment structure design, having set up computer aided module design system. The purpose is to solve the present stage electronic equipment structure design method lag behind , design efficiency problem such as being low. In the thesis, it has introduced the basic principle and domestic-overseas present status of modular design, explained three items of key technology that the module is designed: modular division, modular assembly and modularity calculation. Aiming at a key technology among them - modularity calculation, the modularity of every module of air conditioner's outdoor machine is calculated through generating component tree, process graphs and evaluation matrix. Under the guidance of module designing technique, the thesis has finished the electronic equipment modular design software using the general CAD software UG, solved the communication of UG internal and external environment, different construct system integration and SQL Server database operation three technological difficult points. Through the setting-up of real model in the software, systematic module and design procedure have recommended and it has also proved that the software can improve the designer's working efficiency. At last, using the database technology, the share data is created and stored for subsequence analysis and optimization. |
