Examination Information System Design For Pressure Vessel

With the rapid development of science and technology, the increasing ofbusiness management level, especially the rapid development of the computertechnology and the network correspondence technology, the managementinformation system is wildly used. It is important to develop and design a setof perfect pressure vessel examination information system, in order to improvethe management level and efficiency of pressure vessel and guarantee its safeoperation. This dissertation analyzed user's demand in detail, in view of theactual situation of pressure vessel profession's periodic examination. Thisdissertation develops and designs the pressure vessel examination informationsystem for ShengLi Technology Inspection Center SINOPEC according to thestandards and regulations State Bureau of Technical Supervision proclaim up todate.According to the enterprise's actual situation, this dissertation usesSystem Development Life Cycle to develop the system and demonstrate thefeasibility from necessity, economical efficiency, technology, and so on. Inthis dissertation, the main contributions are as follow:1. Carrying on the business analysis, organizational structure analysis andrequirement analysis according to the inspection department.2. Ascertaining the development method of system according to the managementinformation system theory and enterprise's actual situation.3. To carry on the system design entirely and realize function of the systemspecifically.4. Testing and the appraising the system entirely.The system's work flow accords with correlative quality assurance systemand regulations. This system is standardization, sequencing, perfect functionand practical. It improves work efficiency effectively and provides an effectivetool for enterprise's (especially large enterprise) specialization,intensification, socialization.
