With the in-depth development of the educational information work of ourcountry, the fast expanding of teaching resources, make how to quickly andaccurately search for the needed information from the magnanimity teachingresources database become a urgent problem that need be saluted in the teachingand learning process. Because traditional search engines are based on keywordmatching technology simply, lack capacity of understanding to the inquiry termsthat user has inputted, so much information return that the recall ratio and theprecision ratio is not high, that is not meaningful to the user. And teachingresources has its own characteristics, therefore the study of teaching resourcesintelligent search engine become an objective demand. This paper introduces briefly the search engine at first, discuss the status ofthe search engine and the main problems that currently exist, and explore thedevelopment trend of search engines. And then the Knowledge Representation method of Semantic networks, theknowledge description of semantic networks, and how to construct the Semanticnetworks, the measurement of words similarity, concept searching based onsemantic networks are studied and explored in detail. Then, based on semantic networks, use the concept search as a searchengine's base, construct a teaching resources search engine framework to realizethe concept search, and its functional components and key technologies neededbeen analyzed and explored. Finally, this paper researches these problems about Semantic networksconstruction's computer realization and designs the structure of main data sheet.
