Thus, it bring a new field of research and application inte lligent transportation system.At present, intelligent transportation system (ITS) is a foreland research task that world electronics information technique is applied in the traffic field The intelligent transportation system means to combine the advanced information technique, computer technique, data correspondence technique, the manpower intelligence technique etc. with the whole transportation service, management and control, consequently we build up big-scope, all-directions, real-time, accurately, efficiently, comprehensive management system to resolve traffic jam, traffic accident, pollution of the environment problem which are gradually worsening. etc In ITS, image disposal technology is that we obtain road traffic information by image sensor and utilizes technique of image disposal together with computer vision to simulate vision function of the people and obtains useful information which ITS needs.In the transportation control and management, we detect, analyze and control transportation parameter(vehicle flux, vehicle density, vehicle speed, queue length etc.), which can raise the ability of the road traffic and reduce the traffic accident, regulate the allotment of transportation flow of road network reasonably. For long time, a kind of device called physical inductive loop was used extensively in vehicle's count and violation drive, which detect vehicle by inductive loop buried in surface of ground.
