Study On The Manufacturing Resources Management In The Manufacturing Grid

In order to satisfy the manufacturing system's requirements of the network, the virtualization, the flexibility, the intellectualization, the agility, the green, the grid of modern manufacture, the theories and key technologies of the manufacturing resources management platform in manufacturing grid are put forwarded and researched by utilizing the theory and technology of the grid, the networked manufacturing and data mining synthetically under the support of National Natural Science key project :"the theory and key technology of digital manufacture under network". The key and core technologies of the manufacturing resources management platform (Modeling, describing, storing and mining of the manufacturing resources) are discussed first. Then the manufacturing resources management platform in manufacturing grid is established. Finally, the summary of above research is given out.The architecture of the manufacturing resources management system in manufacturing grid (MGRMS) is put forward. The global producing and selling have already became the management strategy in the process of capturing the global market and obtaining the survival and the development for enterprises in today and future' furious competition. Because of the lack of the networked manufacturing' opening, standard and dynamic of resources management and so on, the networked manufacturing hinders the manufacturing' globalization tendency. The MGRMS is purposed based on the analysis of the necessity of the manufacturing resources management in the manufacturing grid. At the same time, the key theories and technologies of MGRMS are discussed, which establish the foundation for realizing the global manufacture.The modeling method of the manufacturing resources in manufacturing grid based on UML is purposed. The modeling of the manufacturing resources is the basis for standardizing the manufacturing resources management in manufacturing grid. After analyzing the features of manufacturing resources in the network, the manufacturing resources' classification model in the manufacturing grid is put forwarded. And the conception of the services domain is purposed base on the object-oriented thinking. Then the paper combines the services domain with the UML diagram to analyze and model the manufacturing resources in the manufacturing grid.The use of "domain" can support the level management of the manufacturing resources. And the proposed model resolved the disadvantages of modeling the magnanimously manufacturing resource through only a set of UML diagram.The method for describing the manufacturing grid resources based on STEP/XML/MGRUDL in manufacturing grid is put forward. The description of the manufacturing resources in the manufacturing grid is the base of resources' sharing, discovering, storing, encapsulating and so on in manufacturing grid. After analyzing the describing method of the resources in networked manufacturing system and grid system, the manufacturing grid resource university description language (MGRUDL) is presented in the paper and the way of the description for manufacturing resources based on the STEP/XML/ MGRUDL is purposed. Finally, a case is given out to prove the proposed theory and method.A multi-resource library and resource services mining model based on multi-agent in the manufacturing grid are put forward. According to the resources and the resource library in manufacturing grid, the storing structure and establishing method of a multi-resource library are purposed after analyzing the demands of resources' storing and mining in the manufacturing grid by combining the storing theories and technologies of the distributional database. At the same time, the conception and the architecture of the manufacturmg grid resources services mining (MGRSM) is proposed. Then the process of services mining is analyzed and the model of MGRSM based on multi- Agent is established in this paper finally.With the support of the above work and the Globus Tookit technologies, the realization model of the MGRSM is established. Some services in the model are developed, such as the encapsulating services, publishing services, searching services, customizing services, designing services and on-line services of the manufacturing resources. The feasibility of the key theories and technologies of MGRMS is validated in the principle.
