The Internet has already entered a new era;it increasingly becomes part of our life, and gives us great convenience and efficiency. However, as one of our traditional preponderant industries, manufacturing industry, its networking and digital problem is prominent increasingly. With the continuous development of this century, an embedded technology, its low-cost, highly efficient and safe identity constantly emerging, has been widely used in various fields. This brings more and better choices to manufacturing for network and digital.In the thesis, the manufacturing technology for network, the basic theories and research world widely on the status of the network are to create a brief introduction, by the study and the applications of the principles and characteristics of an embedded technology in the network, a new movement control platform is created, while improving the existing interpolation algorithm.Movement control platform is composed of the two main modules, one deals with chips based on ARM micro-module, the primary responsibility for dealing with networks, UI and the local communications, etc.;Another is the lower based on DSP chip modules, the primary responsibility for communication with the higher, working in data come from the higher, and there are a number of subsidiary modules, such as I/O module. This paper by the level of clarity on the platform, a clear division of the features introduces a secondary new interpolation algorithm. The interpolation on traditional algorithms to improve the grade in the higher (ARM module) for the processing of data, whether from the local machine or network, the movement trajectory planning, complex processing curve will be broken down for many straight, and curves. The lower (DSP modules) achieves the arcs and drills small straight through processing of such models can be arbitrary curve.In the thesis, the lower is studied about hardware structure and software design. Firstly achieve UCOS-II port to TMS320LF2812, and then code the DSP bottom-driven function packaging, while by writing protocol stack modules to communicate with the higher, the final preparation interpolation algorithms modules.Experimental results indicate that the movement control platform to achieve good network remote control, through a secondary interpolation algorithms achieve higher speed and precision of movement. At the same time the low-cost platform, highly efficient and secure identity will be reflected in the industrialization process of tremendous advantage.
