With the rapid development of automation technology, communications technology and network technology in all fields ,and people's home life is also facing an important change. It is a new trend of intelligent appliances control taking an embedded operating system as the remote home Monitoring system core, while using a high-grade embedded micro-controller and its peripheral device as a hardware platform. This paper, which has an actual item background, carries on a research to embedded system of home information remote monitoring. The thesis puts forward to this scheme of the system which is composed of S3C44B0X micro controller and embedded operating system uClinux. To upgrade the system and get a good Xingjiabi, this platform is designed to meet the specific requirements of an embedded hardware system, including Flash ROM, SDRAM, etc.Comparing the operating systems uC/OS-II with uCLinux, the paper focuses on the study of uClinux operating system operation mechanism and the activation process S3C44B0X micro controller, and design the bootloader. The system which loads uClinux kernel, defines of secondary interruption vector table and installs and cross-translant the translation environment, ultimately transplant the uClinux system into the hardware system.Analyzing TCP/IP protocol in detail, the system based on the protocol adopts Ethernet interface chip RTL8019AS to make up the network of information appliances remote, transmits information and controls it.The paper designs home information remote monitoring hardware platform architecture and transplants embedded operating system, which provides a subsequent development platform for embedded system of home information remote monitoring.
