Study On Medical Information System Based On HL7

Healthcare information system is an important branch of medical informatics. It is a Multi-disciplinary problem, involving communication science, computer science, biomedicine and other knowledge. In recent years, modern healthcare information system has been obtaining rapid development along with the improvement of the computer technology and the information technology. Interconnection between the medical department's exchanges with the information shares enters one new time after the extensive application of the healthcare communication standard-HL7 (Health Level Seven). Nowadays, our country is actively putting up the HL7-standardization of healthcare information system.This paper carried on thoroughly studies about realization technology of healthcare information system based on HL7, mainly including three aspects as follows: (1) Carrying on the analysis to the HL7 standard, realizing the HL7 message parser and builder, and to the HL7 standard localized question which met in the actual application carries on the analysis; (2) Unifying the actual situation of our country medical service profession, discussing the realization of the HL7 standardization method in the domestic medical information system, and carrying on studies to its two realizations way. In the study of HL7 Engine mode, the paper designed one kind of middleware model and carried on studies to each composition module design of the model; in the research of the HL7 Ready mode, this paper proposed one set of system design methods and the realization step; (3) Realized a inpatient medical record information system based on three C/S structure. The system has considered the feature of mobile terminal in design, so mobile equipment can be conveniently applied in the system, thus solute medical record workstation is short of mobility at present. It is sure that, if this implementation system is productive, it has great implementation value.
