Aiming at the status on establishing CAE model of the electronic device structures, the transition technology between the CAD and CAE model is studied. The system about introduction, treatment, and analysis of CAE model of the synthesis design platform of electronic device structures is developed.Firstly, the necessary of the integrated CAD and CAE system is demonstrated and the solution of project is proposed on transition between CAD and CAE model. Based on this project, the soft of the system about introduction, treatment, and analysis of CAE model of the synthesis design platform of electronic device structures is confirmed, and some requests and principles are proposed in transition and disposal between CAD and CAE model. During the process of developing this system, the introduction, element grid meshing and confirming boundary condition of the CAE model of electronic device structures are solved in detail, vibration analysis are made by module. Finally, the CAE models of shield box and single module are established with developed system, and modal analysis, transient analysis and random vibration (PSD) analysis are executed. The validity of the method of treatment and soft system is shown.The advantages of this system are stand out, especially in establishing and modifying of the CAE model rapidly and vibration analysis.
