Therefore, it has gotten the important research topices that establish the virtual laboratory and make the student accept the operation experiment on the network.VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is a new technique that related with multi-media communication, Internets, virtual-reality, its aim is to build a kind of mutual three dimension multimedia on Internet. It can either be the molding tool of three dimension entities, or can be the programming tool that realize mutual virtual experiments operationThis paper introduces the concept, characteristic and the application outlook of the virtual laboratory;Analyzes the function request and the capability request of the virtual laboratory, the operation method of virtual experiment, builds the integrated model of virtual experiment environment, designs a kind of module structure of virtual experiment system on-line;At last we realize the virtual laboratory of numerical electrocircuit based on VRML,we make use of the 3D MAX, VRML to build the three dimension environment of virtual experiment, and give some methods that optimize the VRML files, we simulate the process of 74LS04 experiment by designing the VRML script programs,we build the web pages of virtual laboratory by the Dreamweaver.There are mainly three features in our virtual laboratory of the numerical circuit. The first, there is intensively actual feeling in mutual interface. This virtual laboratory provides a three dimensionality experiment environment, which has the true feel of participating in scene and the virtual character, the user can immerse himself into the experiment process, thus this system is advanced and applied. The second, to extend is very easy. The design process of the virtual laboratory system can conclude a general manner so can exploit other virtual laboratories. The third, there is better mutual trait. This virtual laboratory provides the mutual and dynamic contents and models among the users and virtual environment, the users can control and operate experimental process in real time, there is a lot of advantage in operability and participating, it can exercises the operation ability of users.
