The function of the automatically controlled equipment, integrity measuring and the emulation of the automatic control system play an important role in the course of system integration. The control module equipment and emulation system of water seepage and drains uses such advanced science and technology as technology of the computer, communication technology, systematic science, automatic control technology, etc. to display the procedure of equipment test in a obvious, automatic way. And this makes the equipment tester improve the speed and accuracy of measurement greatly with the help of this man-machine information system. It also saves a large number of manpower, financial resources and makes people understand automatic control system too.The paper is a study of the system equipment measurement and systematic emulation. The following are design and development of building the control module equipment and emulation system of water seepage and drains. Analyzed the trend of development of automatic control system, described the key technology of the control module equipment and emulation system. Analyzed the requirement of the control module equipment and emulation system of water seepage and drains, designed the overall architecture, made sure the requirement of the module of system and capability. Designed the subsystem of water seepage and drains, included the design of the signal of test, the joint of I/O and control module.Realized the control module equipment and emulation system of water seepage and drains, meeted mostly requirement. This system is made up of five modules: on-the-spot simulating unit, state monitoring unit, trend analyzing unit, historywriting unit, and report file testing unit.The test result of this system indicates the design of this paper is successful essentially. First of all, we have realized functions of test of water seepage drains control module equipment and emulation of the automatic control system, and met the most demands of equipment tests. Second, we have accelerated the speed and accuracy of the equipment tests, reduced the difficulty of the equipment tests, and improved the efficiency. Third, it is convenient for the maintenance of the test system of automatically controlled equipment. Anyone with no strong professional knowledge can finish the operation.
