Quality of service is one important problem with the internet devlopment. Active Queue Management and Policy of Traffic Control in Diffserv are the important of QoS.First, we researched on and analysed some basic algorithms of AQM from theory and simulate explant. We found that CHOKe is is stateless and is easy to realize, but it achieved bandwidth of UDP flow is far from the ideal fair bandwidth. So ECHOKe-a stateless AQM algorithm to penalty for non-adaptive flow is proposed in this paper. The ECHOKe algorithm is based on CHOKe to farther penalty non-adaptive flow. Simulation results show that the algorithm does not keep not the state of flows, can stronger distinguish from and control non-adaptive flow and has better penalty performance in fairness of bandwidth allocation than that of CHOKe.Secondly, we reseach on basic packet marker, especially CATC, CASR3C and ITSW3CM and design a new marker called CATSW3CM (Congestion Aware Time Slide Window Three Color Marker). The theory analyses and simulation results indicate that our designed marker not only improves the throughput of AS TCP flow and the stability of the throughput, but also improves the fairness of bandwidth sharing betweenAS TCP flows than CATC. What's more, its performance is equal to CASR3CM, but it is simpler and more scalabe than CASR3CM.
