Software testing is very important in Software Life Cycle (SLC), it assures the quality of software. After software was developed, whether it can be put into practice and word right is mainly based on the quality. Though there are many technology and theory, which have been developed to insure the software quality, the quality is mainly guaranteed through software testing.Improve and evaluate the reliability and security of software is two goals of Software Testing. But the latent fault the great number of software testing methods can find is below 30%, and below 50% in the whole test process. Besides, the test is not thorough and adequate because the great amount of testing condition by the present test strategies, no matter the Black-box testing or the White-box testing. The high efficiency and high quality of the test at the limited labor and material resources is the general goal of the test. Therefore, it is necessary to sought new test technology to promote the development of the test technology and the improvement of the quality of software.That the knowledge used in the software and the similar is not concerned in the testing process of the traditional software testing methods is why the test is not adequate and modest.In order to reduce the cost of the test and ensure the test is not adequate and modest which is highly efficient and high-quality, we advance the software testing method based on knowledge used in the software and the similar in this paper after the research of the present test methods. We carry deep research on the method and the application of it through the case. We also present the process and the major goals and its implement based on knowledge used in the software and the similar.
