A Design For Anti-money Launcher System Basing On The Mainframe Platform And Data Mining Technology

All the traditional AML systems are basing on the single Data mining arithmetic or OLAP technology. It does not consider making the successive AML (Anti-money laundering) work for the magnanimity data, but the emphasis of the data mining in the financial area is high-efficacy finding the knowledge from the magnanimity data. Most of the current arithmetic such as clustering or association require the very clean sample and can not recognize the noise in the sample and magnanimity data. But the financial data has high association; we can not depend on a single arithmetic or the simple combination of some arithmetic to find the useful knowledge from the magnanimity data. Because the results of data mining system basing on the traditional arithmetic are very obscure, especially for the financial data. The current research work of data mining arithmetic focuses on how to improve the efficiency of the clustering and association arithmetic for the AML system, or how to process the data set which has kinds of features such as document data ,classify data and finding a reasonable concept explanation for the result of clustering.From several years ago, banks have accumulated magnanimity data of customer transactions, but the process for this data still remains on statistic methods and structure query. The data mining application for this data is only for the CRM analysis or predicting the trend of financial market. On the other hand the money launder crime is worse and worse. It is a serious threat for the security of the country and it is an urgent task for our country to solve. But the instrumentality and method in AML work are very limited; the staff of the public government does have to carry out the AML work in person.The purpose of this article is exploiting a practical AML system design basing on the current Chinese banking industry IT situation.
