Under this requirement background, health forecast services system adopts both B/S and C/S to collect customers' health information, which is submitted to long-distance Web Services of health forecast model through proxy website, and then obtains customers' health reports. In this way, customers could grasp and track their own state of health and control occurrence and aggravation of chronic disease.The paper analyses development trend of digital medical, and expatiates related concepts and implements process of health management, and also explains necessary and feasibility of health forecast services system. According to analysis of requirement, the paper sets its design aim, proposes the system design plan, and confirms technique framework and development methods of the whole system, and also compartmentalizes function modules of the system.In order to satisfy the requirement of collecting customers' health information when off-line, health management client adopts smart client technique to realize off-line operation, it enables the customers to receive the same feeling when both on-line and off-line. Based on the man-machine conversation theory and analysis of the character of system users, it confirms the style and design of system interface. According to the differences of storage data, server adopts SQL Server to store the basic data of the system and total health data of each client, the client adopts XML files to store customers' health data.Accessing Web Services module of proxy website background uses calculagraph to realize multi-thread technique, with which the system could consecutive access Web Services of health forecast model within seconds. Compared several kinds of network transfer protocols, this paper adopts SOAP to be its proxy website and web services transfer protocol, and also designs the structure of SOAP by characteristic of health information data. In order to ensure the security of network communication, the system adopts Plat/Transmission security system, which ensures security of customers' health information.The research combines several development tools. Consideration of trade requirements, the paper constructs the system of health forecast services based on web. This system supplies a workable solution to this kind of system in practice.
