The Study And Application Of Visualization Technology In Industrial Intelligent Monitoring Software

Visualization is a general technology, which has integrated various multimedia technologies as a whole such as, planar or three-dimensional image, characters and sound. It is not only the emersion of impersonality phenomenon, but also is the organic amalgamation of impersonality regulation, knowledge and information. In the aspect of industrial control, human machine interface means the control of productive process, which is the foundation to keep the optimized work of product line. Therefore the study and application of visualization in industrial monitoring software has great significance.This paper analyzed the frame of configuration software, which is suitable for the development of industrial monitoring software. It classified the configuration software in terns of function, and the technology that can implement the configuration software has been detailed studied. It proposed a design thinking that encapsulated the attribute and operation of general device in industrial control based on COM technology and WindowsDNA architecture.Configuration software has been exerted on the development of an actual intellectual monitoring system, on the basis of the research of it. This paper has introduced the function of the system, the design of interface, the confirmed of parameter of the control point, the collection and display of data. The strong visual function of configuration software has been applied to the system. Besides it has visualized the result of alarming function and expert suggestion according to the factual demand. The design intent and final implement of correlation visualization has been described particularly.The interface of the system has been optimized in the view of the inspiration of SUI human machine interface and the demerit of configuration software. The view has been designed based on MVC design pattern. It studied the actuality of three-dimensional modeling, 3DS modeling technology combined the OpenGL have been adopted to reconstruct the three—dimensional scene. An improved algorithm has been used to load the ASE file, it has greatly reduced the time for loading comparing with the traditional algorithm. In addition, Browsing with keyboards andregular route has been realized, and to enhance the rendering efficiency some useful suggestion put forward while loading more extensive scene in future. Finally, the concept of key frame and interpolating frame has been imported and the computer animation is realized via the computing of interpolating time of key frame.
