As communications traffic increasing, digital multiplex technology is introduced to meet with improving transmission efficiency and magnifying transmission capacity, and now it forms universal standards and systems.The design of demultiplexer is developed in this project, which is the component of PCI bus signal digital multiplex system, and the study object is the data transmission of PCI bus in the Magnetic Environment Simulation System of Wireless Communication. Sixteen branches are sampled by the PCI card of computer, and the function of digital multiplex system is multiplexing each eight branches into one data flow in the sending terminal, and then demultiplexing each data flow into eight branches in the receiving terminal.Top-Down technique is applied in the design of demultiplexer based on FPGA .The author studies a demultiplexer module firstly, which is divided into three block. After testing, the module becomes an instantiation, which can be used repeatedly. When demultiplexing two data flows, the demultiplexer module is used separately. Finally the demultiplexer is accomplished.At first, the article introduces the principle of digital multiplex, then presents the design and the implementation of the demultiplexer, analyzes the problems in the experiment finally.
