Until now, there are not effective training measures for optical-measure equipment in missile test shooting range. This paper aims at settling this difficult problem. By substantial research on this topic, and puts forward a brand-new solution. Simulant system for training comprise of the transit instrument which has been provided by optical measure equipment without any change and the newly developed simulant sub-system for training. This system not only can simulate track training in offline, but also simulate operation training with an additional transit instrument. Simulant track training in offline is suitable for primary operator on the low level, and it can protect transit instrument from attaintting, prolong the life-span of the transit instrument; The operator that takes simulant operation training with an additional transit instrument can track simulant objects by manipulating a single stick. Thus ,the operator will improve the capbility of tracking object through the training. The working of this system is very flexible, and it can provide the operator manipulating optic-measuring equipment with some step-up training. Computer simulant background is the virtual background image, and it will be disposed technically through PHOTOSHOP,by which, it can ensure the actual background is consisting with the simulant background. Object design must resort to the optical record of practical tasks, and simulate the image sequences in collimator by computer, then setup a three-dimensional model through the relation between the pose of object and the track of flight, so that the object and the background during the course of simulant operation are close to practical manipulating. Computer animation is used during the compose of object and background in this system ,which resolve some problems effectively such as veracity, visualization, and luency. The system is an accessories of optical measure equipment, and it will be more steady and dependent, more actual and effective, and on the other side, less influential to instrinsic devices and less expensive than existing simulant training means. The system can evaluate the effect of training, and make an objective evaluation for the skill of the operator. So if the system is developed, it will settle the difficult problem of stimulant training of optical-measure system.This paper makes a detailed discussion about the idea of system design and the structure of sofeware and hardware.
