For a complex system, the higher the degree of coupling between modules, the more difficult the development becomes, the higher the maintenance costs. If the system is an inseparable whole, how to response quickly to the changing of customer requirements, how to make the system scalable, it is a really problem before us.Based on the in-depth study of OSGi principle, the core idea of OSGi is introduced into EAP system. Following the modular design principle, the system is divided into configuration module, logical module and view module. Configuration module provides the necessary system configuration information for logic module and view module. Logic module execute workflow process by the system configuration information, view module show the components on the page by configuration info provided by configuration module, load the data provided by logic module. The implementation of the system based on OSGi framework, which decouple the system modules and achieve the dynamic updating and expansion. Finally, the practically application in a call center system of a large hospital proves the reliability and the efficiency of the EAP solution.The achievement and significance of the research is to provide EAP system for solving the issues of current call center, such as difficult to customize, error-prone and not support workflow. Not only the call center system but also other information systems that need dynamic extension can use the solution.
