With the continuous development and upgrade of deep-water platform equipment ,the depth of operation water and drilling are increasingly high. Deep-water drilling is high technology, high risk, high investment, high returns industry. In order to improve its drilling efficiency, many advanced drilling technologies and modern measure and control technology are applied , especially the various down-hole technologies (MWD, LWD etc) , greatly improving the drilling efficiency, reducing the drilling accident and the un-drilling time, accurately hit targets. Deep-water drilling is used more directional well, horizontal well and special process well, compared with the traditional cable logging method, logging while drilling (LWD) technology displayed a great advantage. However, with the logging while drilling's unceasing development, the measured data for transmission have increased dramatically. Currently down-hole signal is mainly rely on the mud pulse wave transmission, it have not satisfy the actual LWD development request. How to transmit the down-hole signal to the ground with high-speed have became restricts to the development of LWD technology. Therefore, studied for a new signal transmission way with drilling strings as signal transmission channel and acoustic waves as signal carrier. Acoustic signal's advantages are high speed transmission, simple structure, low cost; it's deficiency is fast attenuation, very weak signal, multiple clutter interference. This article mainly research and design acoustic receiving electronic systems, Through the simulation drillstring for simulation experiment and achieve the desired function .Design content including: weak signal receive and The anti-interference design of receiving transducer, using different chip design various charge amplifiers, compare and select the best scheme, corresponding filter and voltage amplifier circuit design, using different circuit achieve signal decoding, compare and select the best scheme, microcontroller signal processing system, ZigBee wireless transmission system's feasibility study and hardware design, and optimization acoustic emission mode. After solving its transmission attenuation mechanism and weak signal receiving technique, Acoustic transmission technology is expected to become a new kind of downhole signal transmission with high speed way. Lay a solid foundation for higher level of logging while drilling technology development.
