Since computer virus comes into being from Mid-1980s, it evolves and develops continually, its number is always increasing and its design technique develops with computer's technique. Computer virus detection becomes the focus of people, vast variation virus make the method of virus detection difficult.In this paper, we analyzed the possibility of virus detection system model based on artificial immune systems, researched characteristic of artificial immune systems and virus detections system. Using the theory of artificial immune, we constructed one self-learning, self-adapting, distributed, expanded function intellectualized virus detection model, which is of vital important actual significance. And with clone selection algorithm and virus detective algorithm of this model, known and unknown virus is detected forwardly.The main contributions can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the artificial immune systems and virus detections system are deeply researched, and their resemblance is proposed.Then, Based on the work of artificial immune system theory, proposing an self-adaptable virus detection system model based on artificial immune, Analyzing the characters of the model,the relation of function bodies,virus detective algorithm and clone selection algorithm.
