The Internet of things and cloud computing represent the ubiquitous knowledge environment.The information behaviour changed fundamentally.The information search is no longer the synonyms for information behaviour.On the chain of information behavior,expression of information needs, information absorption and evolution, information exchange and interaction, information output will play an increasingly important role. Combing through the literature research and theories put forward the five stages of information behavior and analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the five stages. According to the different social roles of college library users will be divided into college teachers, graduate, undergraduate.Through the case studies and interviews on the basis of small samples , designed sectional questionnaire with seven sections incluing fifty questions. Examine demographic characteristics of the respondents, described their information behaviour characteristics, frequency, intensity, and cognitive characteristics,analyse the organization and presentation of information, the information environment, Library factors. 486 valid questionnaires were obtained, to use descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, variance analysis and other statistical means analyse similarities and differences of information behavior among the three type users, then infer the possible reasons. Analyse the relationship between the college teachers′academic background and their information output will, library dependence, information behavior frequency. Draw conclusions that undergraduate is the key customer of the college libray, library development strategy formulation, resource development, hardware improvements should first consider the undergraduate psychology and behavioral characteristics. Services for teachers and graduates should put emphasis on the three-dimensional collections and resource service to access. Finally, propose some advice for libray users:exchange is more important than retrieval, mutual aid access to information is self-help strategies .
