Design And Realization Of Electronic Drawing Document Management System

In recent years, with the increasingly appling of CAD/CAM and advanced production R&D technologies,the working efficiency has been improved significantly in enterprises. Meanwhile, some problems such as data management confusion,slowly data quering , cumbersome data approval process and frequent alteration appeared notably with large numbers of documents, e-drawing files and relevant information increasing. As the result, the working efficiency and informationizing process have been under the influence. Therefore, enterprises require urgently a kind of manament software to meet faster quering and technical data acquiring in production R&D process.In view of these problems,the paper designed and developed Electronic Drawing Document Management System for small and medium sized enterprises with appling PDM technoloies.After analyzing the PDM present appling situations,the relevant technologies and development about EDDMS and its popular development platform, the EDDMS on basis of UML model, RUP process and object-oriented software developing method for small and medium sized enterprises was provided in this paper. With using RUP software engineering method,static and dynamic modeling system with UML language and the demand analysis, the paper developed the use-case model and use-case diagram, confirmed the system main function module, set up the UML class diagram for discribing EDDMS static characteristics and the sequence diagram for describing EDDMS dynamic actions and designed system class and database system.Then confirmed the general system design proposal. Finally, this paper described the system implementation platform, runtime environment and function interface.
