With the growing of Web Services on the internet, management and organization of large-scale Web Services and automatic Web Services discovery have become more and more important, reconstruction of SOA infrastructure has become an increasingly urgent issue. Service Classification and semantic annotation is the key step to build Web Service infrastructure.This thesis explores a method of service cluster, which gets a lot of real Web Services from internet, analysis the characters of Web Services and gets the keywords of services, combines with VSM to model services, then uses K-medoid algorithm to classify Web Services. Service cluster gives the support to domain ontology building and automatic Web Service classification.Based on the status of domain knowledge and the results of service cluster, the thesis uses Protégéto build domain ontology. The domain ontology-based, the thesis designs service classification algorithm, which implements automatic classification of Web Services, then chooses the appropriate domains to annotate service. Proposition of a Web Service annotation approach based on the contrastive analysis between domain ontology and WSDL document, which builds a foundation of constructing complete semantic Service Network and mining service relations. The results will be fed back to the domain ontology and update ontology. Experiment shows that annotation has a higher accuracy.Based on the process of Service Network building, this thesis explores service cluster, classification and annotation algorithm, and these methods have been well applied in the construction of Service Network to support automatic Web Service discovery, and automatic Web Service composition.
