According to the problems of small load, special clamping and so on in fatigue sensor calibration, introduced a fatigue sensor calibration experiment device. Static load test could be directly conducted on this device;this device simplified the calibration procedure.This paper analyzed and studied ARM microprocessor technology according to research projects in the content. The research worked on this thesis focus on the circuit of hardware system, the software system including the PC program and every module, the method of anti-interference and putting forward the action of anti-interference,also completed control system application test. Application software was developed on computer, the software automatically accomplished calibration tasks, showed the data by chart on computer and saved the data in documental format. This device simplified user operations and gave accuracy data.By improving digital fatigue sensor calibration equipment, and developing the corresponding dynamic load testing applications , a dynamic load tested fatigue sensor . At constant amplitude load and Rayleigh load ,This paper further study of fatigue damage performance.In order to avoid or reduce the damage of the bridge,which due to various causes,druing the operation of the bridge, it must be effective monitoring of bridge structures. This paper described the need to bridge health monitoring project,and also described present bridge health monitoring development and research status. This paper focused on optimal sensor layout and health monitoring system.construction.
