The data test system applied in aerospace tank simulation experiment plays an important role in whether the Long March series of carrier rockets can successfully launched or not. The PXI bus which is suitable for test, measurement and data acquisition applications has been the first choice for test and measurement platform to most manufacturers. Because the existing PXI modules and products in market can not meet the special requirements of aerospace test systems in the performance, hardware interfaces, system resources, this paper developed atank Experimental integrated test system based on PXI bus which successfully solves the above issues.The paper has designed and developed signal acquisition module, signal output module and digital processing module based on PXI bus with depth study of the PXI bus protocol. The system has realized the PXI bus interface function, multi-module synchronization function and hot swap function based on characteristics of the hardware platform. The universal signal acquisition module can acquire external multi-channel temperature and pressure slowly varying signals in real time. The signal output module can provide multi-channel stable voltage signal. The digital processing module can achieve the 422-level signals receiving-transmitting functions and±2.5V PCM coding-decoding capabilities which are specialized in the field of aerospace test.In the Aspects of system program design, the paper introduced how to develop the PCI device driver with tools Driver Studio, DDK 2003 and VC + +6.0. On the one hand, it analyzed the read-write timing of PCI9054 local bus in depth; on the other hand, it realizedthe burst transmission and solved the problem about high-speed bus how to access to low-speed peripherals. Finally, it designed and developed system application software which supports the DMA reading and writing capabilities. The design ideas and methods of each module, especially of the multi-channel signalsoutput module, 422-level signals receiving-transmitting circuit and±2.5V PCM coding-decoding circuit have high reference value and practicability to the design of real-time data acquisition system in automated test applications.
