With the development of China's communication industry, increasing telephone penetration, telecom,operators mainly call center services sector increasing pressure.IVR has now become an important part of call center,the user most of the problems can be solved. But with the development of multimedia technology, IVR system has been unable to meet the needs of users.Interactive voice user needs, while both can see each other, experience the visual effects. With reorganization of China's three major telecom operators as well as issuing 3G licenses, China's telecommunications industry, has officially entered the 3G era.China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, the three major telecom operators also ushered in the era of full competition. Major operators in response to the coming of 3G era, the market demand for mobile video planning a variety of value-added application services. IVVR business is one of them, is an extension of the original voice IVR services for 3G video end-users set the audio and video as one of the value-added services. It is mainly the computer network and telephone network through hardware and software integration as a whole, the telephone communication and computer data processing and control functions together to achieve voice, video, media and data control and integrated unified communications Application.This paper presents a design based on IMS architecture and video, interactive voice response system. It is the wireless value-added voice and video response systems, video phone users by calling the designated telephone number, to obtain the necessary information, participate in interactive voice and video.This paper analyzes the current interactive voice systems, interactive voice systems for the existing lack of visual, researches detail of the IVR system and the possibility of a combination of interactive video, focused on the interactive voice and video response systems and IMS technology combined. Researching Of IMS-based interactive voice and video response systems may bring problems, and IMS environment, interactive voice and video response systems of the new features, therefore, we designed a IMS-based interactive voice and video response systems. The system communication mechanism as the basis for working together to work together as a unit of Agent, the synergy and the combination of video control center.In this paper, key technologies and related programming techniques to achieve the core module of the system prototype, with the VCC technology exists to solve the traditional system, lack of hardware Queue. Compared to the traditional value-added service platform, the core control equipment processing capacity of calls increased.The system not only to ensure compatibility with existing 3G/NGN network, and better adapted to the integration of communication networks and terminals for the transition to the IMS communications network is well prepared. Finally, this article summarizes the research work, points out future research directions.
