Prize of news are the result facility of Among the prizes. A wide variety of prize-awarding activities are often held in press circles, in the hope of a comprehensive examination are done at an appropriate time on the press practice of the previous stage. Standardized news-awarding activities can reflect the news practice of the main stream in the press. And the choice of good works not only embodies the approval and cast of news value, but also represents the ideology and value preference of the main stream in this industry. All these are major standards in measuring the entire level of the press. In addition, news-awarding activities can promote the formation of healthy competitive system and encouragement system in press circles. But in the practical operation of news-awarding, there are numerous phenomena which affect the justice and authority of news-awarding.over all the world, the Pulitzer prizes are the most typical,which is the top award of the press in the United States, the Pulitzer prizes are the result of facility of journalism. It reflected the development of facility of journalism in the past ninty years and facilitated the bourgeoisie press as well.China's news award is the highest award of comprehensive information, is the highest authority in the press prize. The two award winners in their respective countries for the media ethics and media culture reflects the representative and authoritative. Based on the two awards system in the selection process, the direction of topics, writing features, news and other aspects of valuesto compare the similarities and differences, and differences between the two awards,This paper analyses the factors affecting present news awarding system, including political, economical and traditional cultures, thus Western media choose different values and culture have a more clear understanding. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems and put forward four proposals to improve China's news-awarding and the Mongolian Good News Award system.
