With the rapid development of computer technology and wide use in Computer Aided Design, database technology and Internet applications, there have been an increasing number of Graphics and drawings in the Revegetation Engineering. These graphics files are large and with many types, it's complex for management, retrieval and access, also inconvenient for information sharing among the industries. The important parts of data management are centralized graphic data and normalized management. However, Drawing Management System used the traditional manual method or based on the C/S structure can not satisfy the requirement of Graphics Share in cyber times. How to manage the information automotive and improve work efficiency is question which urgently waits to be solved.This paper first gave a brief introduction on JavaEE multilayer structure, and meanwhile analyzed the introduction of the JavaEE framework for technical reasons and the current mainstream open-source framework:Struts2, Spring and Hibernate. After introducing their characteristics respectively, then they were integrated to form a multi-SSH application framework, giving fully play to the characteristics of each frame while reducing the coupling between the layers. The JavaEE-based Web system can cross the border of different platform and a variety of heterogeneous operating systems, having advantages of easy to deploy, easy to extend, easy maintenance, and low-cost advantage. Both units can be used as the overall engineering design of a PDM system function module, and also can be set up an independent, separate operation.While a user using the system, the. system will be left "traces" of these "marks", which will provide the user's records, the log information. By analyzing and mining these log information, it is easy to understand the user's browsing behavior, find the user's personal preferences, and investigate the relationship between user access rules. All above these can be achieved by the use of Web mining, as well as speculating the user's access behavior. In this system, while the user is browsing a graphic, the system can recommend the associated graphics to the user, which are based on past user records on the Web log mining, effectively improving the service level.
