In recent years, information technology is applied more and more in finance, at the same time mobile phones are used more popular. Mobile payment has become a new way of consumption and make our daily life convenient. In this background, the finance information security has become a critical problem. And how to ensure the transaction security of mobile payment become a topic of concern. This paper is based on NFC contactless mobile payment system that is widely used recently, and proposes a NFC security payment system containing a security chip. It elaborates the design of security chip in detail. The security chip of this paper is developed on FPGA, and implements the Chaotic Pseudo-random Sequence (CPRS) encryption algorithm on it. Finally this paper takes functional testing and performance testing on the CPRS encryption chip. The testing result shows that the CPRS encryption chip has a good performance of mathematical operation. The data throughput rate of encryption or decryption achieves lOMbps. The CPRS encryption chip has a reliable security performance with 416 bit key at most. It can applied widely in audio/video data encryption and finance information security.
