Analysis And Design Of The Management Platform Of Countryside Internet Culture Station For Shanxi Mobile Company

In 2007, in order to build a new socialist countryside and accelerate the rural informatization, Shanxi Mobile first introduced the strategic principle of rural digital information construction. Shanxi Mobile laid optical fiber and set countryside internet culture station to all 28000 villages of Shanxi Province. And it played a positive role in broadband services expanding and enterprise brand promotion. However, there still left some managing and promoting problems with the progressing of services behind the prosperous scenes. There problems includes, for example, terminal equipment asset management, terminal equipment maintenance issues, the monitoring of user online behavior, the operation mode of these internet station, equipment utilization rate optimization and so on.In view of these existing problems of countryside internet culture station in Shanxi Mobile, this article proposes to build up a unified management platform for countryside internet culture station. Besides the basic function of internet accessing, this platform can carry on the management of stations, remote maintenance and ads delivery. It can make full use of the present user resources and effectively unify existing information with performing an important function on service innovation and enhancing of the social and economic returns.This article first introduced the background of countryside internet culture station managing platform, the discussing scope and problems and main issues of construction platform. It studied and analyzed the existing managing problems in Shanxi Mobile rural network cultural center, and then it developed the planning and requirement of the management platform. Secondly, this article studied the designing principles and frames via the designing of the whole platform. Then it elaborated some critical technologies in the progress of platform designing and implementation, which includes systemrestoring, information collection based on WMI, establishing UDP hole punching between clients which behind different NATs, and remote assistance. Finally, it completed the server system designing and implementation of the system server, and it completed the function designing of the seversoftwares, gave the details of system modules and some flow chartsof them.The implementation of the platform to solve the home maintenance,assetmanagement difficulties,lack of operational management,lack of security management issues in Shanxi Mobile rural network cultural center operations management, improve enterprise economic benefits and also made certain social benefits. Similar with cultural centers,as a place for provide public information services,such as Shanxi Mobile"FREE SPACE"chain-like internet cafes, and other school computer rooms places etc, the platform can also apply in above fields by appropriate transformation.
