The Design And Implementation Of The Medical Information System Based On The Frame Of J2EE

As the rapid development of national economic and the improving of living standard, the people's requirements of medical and health service is increasing. In order to solve the common social issue such as complicated medical procedures, expensive medical service and sightlessly taking medical service, the platform for medical service is established. By integrating the information of medical resources with modern means of communication, this platform achieves the share of medical information resources and improves the utilization of medical resources. This paper aims to research and discus the design and achievement of a service platform for medical service based on J2EE. As a popular technology standard of enterprise application software development, J2EE is performing a unique role in the deployment, upgrade and extension of software. This paper elaborates how to set up a service platform for medical service which can perform the management of doctors, hospitals, drugs and health products, as well as making appointments, using B/S mode, basing on J2EE and making full use of JSP,JavaBean,Servlet and Ajax. Besides, this paper delivers a detailed elaboration of the platform's security strategy for system, applications, data and network.The innovation of this paper includes,1. Achieving electronic appointment registration using separate management of frontstage and backstage. Thus the hospital can perform real-time management of resources and progress of appointments, and make full use of medical resources.2. Nation-wide first to achieve mobile payment of the appointment fee.3. Nation-wide first to adopt 5-period-appointment (by hour) instead of the former 2-period-appointment (A.m. and P.m.), which greatly improves the efficiency of medical service.The development of this platform is now finished, and has been put into on-line operation by China Mobile in Inner Mongolia.
