Analysis Of Hubei Mobile MAN And Optimization Research On Evolution

With the continuous development of data services, MAN playing an increasingly important role, is also facing more challenges. This paper mainly do some research and analysis of Hubei Mobile MAN about network infrastructure, resources, operations and security. Specifically it bring the evolution and optimization strategies in all business operations bearing structure, IPv6 deployment, the acceleration of Internet content caching as well as metro network security.The main research contents are listed as follow.(1) IP MAN evolution of multi-service bearing include two options,uniform plane carrying and double plane carrying. The former mainly use current metro to do access and aggregation of all business operations,use new ASBR to finish cross-domain interoperability, control multi-service by building new MSCQ MSE, or upgrading existing BRAS and SR.The latter does access and aggregation by two independent plane,and one of them bearing high-quality business. Because Hubei Mobile MAN develops much later and it has just a small business,uniform plane should be used in short and medium term.However, strategy should be based on the momentum of high-quality business development as well as carrying capability of the new equipment in long-term.(2) The deployment of IPv6 resource depend on three major mainstream technology,dual stack and tunneling techniques are the best choices in early evolution. In middle term,since the IPv6 has a big scale,dual-stack technology is not appropriate because of the restriction of IPv4 address,and At this point the runnel and translation technology should be based on, forward after a comprehensive business,transformation and tunnel technology can be used for data communication of IPv4 islands.(3) About Internet content caching and acceleration,this paper do analysis and comparison on common techniques and strategies, Hubei Mobile has to deploy WEB Cache only in short time,and P2P Cache and P4P in medium time,in order to accelerate the streaming media.And at last when cloud computing has developed, the focus will be considering combination of CDN and cloud storage, by building central and edge storage Cloud, users found many autonomous domain according to geographical location, integrate P4P strategies and sharing ideas of cloud computing services so as to improve resource utilization and the user perception. (4) About MAN network security, this paper do some analysis on two dimensions,the network survivability and business controlling. In short time, flow cleaning system will be deployed in a concentrated way to defens the external flow attacks. In medium and long term,with the expansion of users,the deployment of cleaning system should transfer from centralized way to distributed. And traffic detection equipments have to move down, built along the access and convergence side. About refinement operation, the short-term status should keep unchanged,and in medium-term,it must focus on controlling of unreasonable flow and illegal operations, also in long-term it will pay more attention to each business for each user,and try to provide differentiated services, to achieve this,they should deploy network resource controlling system and DPI equipments.
