Application Of LAN Technique To The Manufacturing Of Beer

As an important technological means, computer and network technology have been applied to the field of industrial production and become an irreplaceable and indispensable control means. This is a technical paper on applications of local area network in beer manufacturing enterprises. It is based on the writer's past ten years of work experience and processed systematically. In this paper, some parts are focused on the practical applications of several main technological means in the company net, besides, it also provides specific ideas on the future development of the company network as well as some relatively concrete and practical solutions in the end.The Tianhu corporation set up the local area network project very early, the time span was large and the personnel involved different phases changed frequently, which caused some problems like technical materials of all aspects could not be kept completely so that some materials were lacked. In this case, it is important and urgent to organize the materials on the main technological means during the overall project and different phases of the project. During the writing of this paper, the author summed up his experience in the past ten years systematically and sorted the relevant knowledge, which helped him to find out some problems ignored before and eliminated in time as well as put up with some improvement suggestion. The writing and finishment of this article not only improved the author's personal expertise but also provided a very good chance for Tianhu corporation to operate their network longtime, stably and effectively.The Tianhu local area network project started in 1999. It was used while constructing which made the functions and scales of the network develop rapidly. Through the implementation of this project, the corporation improved its management efficiency, so that the scientific mode for management and operation has been carried out and implemented in the company. Although the network has still been in the expansion period and not finished yet, the comprehensive information management method which is based on the network platform has already been used overall in the company. The corporation local area network technology is increasingly highlighting its unique function and great contribution.The original purpose to build the company network is to solve the problems in sales management and revenue losses. From 2000 till now, after a decade of development, the technology is driving to maturity stage and equipped with various integrated functions such as setting and processing routine data, paperless office OA system, internal e-mail system, video surveillance system, real-time production data collection, processing internet integrated business and so on. All of these play an important role in Tianhu corporation's striding forward its goal of a giant enterprise in the field of management.Tianhu corporation local area network was established in the background that rare similar projects existed in the same industry. The process of constructing this project not only improved the management level and production efficiency in the whole company, but also explored a new path for other enterprises of the same trade to set up similar projects, in which the success and failure experience of Tianhu company network can be drawn on. As the designer and the main implementation participant, the author mainly responsible for the demand analysis; proposal of engineering construction scheme; the overall design of physical circuit; the analysis, design and implementation of network security scheme; the demand analysis and circuit design of video monitoring system; the control implementation of data flow; the design and implementation of network virus monitoring system and LAN mail system; the demand analysis, design, and so on.From the angle of initial setting up the network, this paper presents the application of local area network technology in the beer manufacturing enterprises by using simple language according to systematic analysis. It arranges its structure in accordance with analysis-design-carry out-summary. Chapter One directly puts up with the viewpoint that the construction of local area network is the only way for enterprises to achieve information technology. Then Chapter Two provides a simple introduction to the general plan of Tianhu corporation local area network, and also, in which the Six phase describes various problems in different phases of the project. Chapter Two analyze the physical logic model of Tianhu corporation local area network. Chapter Three and Chapter Six provides the solutions to those questions raised in Phase Six, Chapter Two with some simple analysis, from which Chapter Three and Four is the focus. Chapter Five summarizes the practical significance of local area network in beer manufacturing enterprises, and reaffirms the viewpoint that local area network is the only way for enterprises to achieve informationization. Chapter Six is based on the network platform, putting forward ideas on corporation local area network's functions in the future. It puts up with the disadvantages of the current local area network, analyzes the reasons for them and provides solutions on this basis.
