In this context, we propose to build the mobile office system.We do not change the existing office systems, the data is exchanged between phone mobile office system and the company's office system available by HTTP, we match the result of the request back using regular expression, and integrate the matched results, ultimately, it displays at mobile terminal, and we complete the company's mobile office building through this idea. Mobile not only makes the office becomes heart, easy, and with the convenience of mobile communication, which makes no matter where the emergency situation users is, quick and efficient work can be carried out, for the handling of unexpected events and deployment of emergency events, it makes great significance.This paper describes OA system in the mobile terminal application of the background, purpose, meaning, and the current development status of the system in detail, and makes a Systematic study in the theory and technology of the system involved. Then, the workflow of the system, the overall framework and function modules are discussed, and focused on the idea and technology of achieving each functional module of system. Finally, the entire system is achieved specifically with related technology. The specific content includes:1,The choice of system platform ,the systematic analysis of current company office system, based on the target of platform to determine platform database structure, provide effective data support for the applications which based on data sharing platform.2,The choice mobile office mode, in the basis of establishing platform designing network application system, the application platform including the six functional modules: the network transmission module, security control module, data encryption and decryption module, the data logic module, data analysis modules, data exchange control module, each module is independent existence, small coupling between modules, users can select custom application module according to their actual needs.3,Database technology, WEB development technology, data exchange technology is the cornerstone of the application system, through the study of these technologies and organic bonding, data sharing and applications can be carried on the concrete implementation.Currently, the system is used in the Daqing Oilfield No.2 Real Estate Management company which is authorized by the users. The results show that the system of research and application, greatly improved the two agencies work efficiency.
