An Application Study Of PDM System Implementation And Secondary Development Technology

Based on an aviation enterprise's desire of accelerating its internal information construction in the rush of "Eleventh Five-Year" plan, this paper presents that the establishment of PDM system can enhance the operational capacity of the enterprise, and carries out software selection and demands research to the enterprise's PDM system construction according to its actual business situation. This paper mainly conducts the demand analysis from the following three aspects:organizational structure management, product data management and workflow management and sums up the PDM system features and software models to meet the needs of business development. Then the research conducts considerable technical summary and study for the business needs, standardizes the procedure of the enterprise's PDM system implementation, determines the content of PDM system implementation, conducts a great deal of customization and a small amount of secondary development in connection to selected Teamcenter system according to business needs, and implements the PDM system of meeting users' needs.The PDM system implementation of the research is mainly used to realize the effective management of products data and business processes of an aviation enterprise. It is applied to specific product development process and has achieved good results.
