DUZHE is the largest circulation periodical in China, so lots of people pay attention to it and study it. Most studies based on the view of DUZHE's culture, content and marketing, few people concerned about its brand strategies development. I think that the DUZHE can obtain the glorious day, not only because she insisted on the concept of running humanity and to meet the reader's needs, but also gained from her continuous exploration and innovation in terms of brand management. Therefore, the article will start from the brand development process and brand strategies under the guidance DUZHE's marketing model, analyses DUZHE in the reform of the cultural system and digitalize brand development strategies, try to propose possible solutions.The paper based on the introduction of the concept of definition related theories. The first chapter organizes DUZHE' brand strategies of development and current situation; the second chapter analyses DUZHE' marketing strategies and explores the development path of DUZHE under the guidance of the brand strategies. The third chapter mainly researches on brand strategies of the DUZHE in the Internet era; learn from digital existence of other magazines to draw relevant experiences. And also proposed DUZHE'brand strategies development and specific implementation strategies under the background of the new media environment and cultural context of reform.
