Chinese government attaches great importance to national Informatization construction, the tri-networks integration (including China Telecom Network, Cable TV Network and Next Internet Network) as an important task in national development strategies. Due to the national policies adjustment about the tri-networks' integration plan, the timetable and roadmap of the identified network convergence, promotion has entered a substantive stage. Because of the adjustment of national policies, institutional reform and industry consolidation will completely change three network business models and competitive landscape, W Co, Ltd company with significant changes in the state of the environment.This essay studies the development strategy of W Co, Ltd. First, it analyzes the external macro-surrounding of the corporation by means of PEST. In the meantime it applies the five models of Porter competition to study the micro-surrounding of the corporation. Second, the paper gives an objective evaluation to present the conditions of internal resources based on its former performance and the present operation. Furthermore, it points out clearly the strong and weak points of the enterprise together with its opportunities and future threats through SWOT models. Finally, the development strategy is drawn. Certainly, this paper explains a proposal strategy to ensure the accomplishment of the development strategyThe paper is intended for W Co, Ltd, analysis and research on development strategy of the company. The result of the paper is expected to be of important reference value for the operation of W Co, Ltd, and could be generalized to similar enterprises.
