With the rapid development of the E-commerce, on-line trade has been an important part among most people, while its success and persistence almost decided by the credit between each of the parties. On-line credit administration system is hence becoming more and more important as it is not only a mechanism of risk administration, but also a tool used to establish mutual trust. In this paper, first of all, it demonstrates the relative conceptions relate to on-line credit administration, and analyses the relationship between trust management and credit administration. Second, it discusses the typical types of on-line administration system that are under effect at present by elaborating their advantages and disadvantages in detail. Third, based on the present system of credit administration, it puts forward its own way of credit administration,I. e. Myrep.After illustrating the significance of Myrep, the paper elaborates how to realize every functional model of the system in the aspect of the credit ranking evaluating model, the calculating, assembling and updating of credit, and the incentive mechanism. There are five grades in evaluating credit ranking, which will better reflect the credit. The credit mentioned includes the credit gained both directly from customers and indirectly from their relatives. And relatives'opinions are taken into consideration while amassing credit. Thus the result is much more veracious. With the application of the incentive mechanism, more and more users will be involved in. It finally realize the process of Myrep in E-commerce.At the end of this paper, it presents the further trend of future research on on-line credit administration system, and discusses about the problems as why some users are not willing to supply negative feedbacks and their solution.
