Astronomical images during the gathering process will cause degradation because of the impacting of various factors. This degradation is usually showed as the vague of images, which will make the image resolution low. We try to restore a CCD image, and study some factors those are closely related to astrometry and photometry in image processing.Lucy-Richardson algorithm is one of the most widely used methods in image processing field at present. We restored a series of CCD images, which were taken by the 1-m telescope at Yunnan observatory using this algorithm. Through the experiments on positional precision of stars, S/N (signal to noise ratio) and magnitude before and after treatment, the changes in image quality were researched. We use MATLAB and the Visual C++ mixed programming method in practice, deconvolving CCD images with different iterations. The positional precision, S/N and magnitude are contrasted before and after deconvolution. The results show that the changes of indices are variously different. S/N and magnitude are improved after image restoration, only the positional precision decreases a little.Although Lucy-Richardson algorithm is one of the most widely used methods in image restoration, it has inherent defects. Because of these defects, the noise will be amplified which will cause the artifacts, and Ringing Effects can not be eliminated. So there is still some improvement need to be done.
